Client Success Representative
Job Title: Client Success Representative Location: Remote (US) Reports to: Client Success Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Summary: Our Client Success Representative is responsible for resolving client issues, researching potential problems and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, addressing client inquiries and achieving high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: •Handling high volume calls and emails with quality, care, and professionalism. •Understanding iProtect Screening serves to answer any questions, provide guidance, or troubleshoot any Client concerns. •Track, document, and follow up on Client requests. •Maintain SLA’s and ETAs to meet Client needs. •Ensure Rechecks and Disputes are handled in a timely manner. •Building and maintaining relationships with Clients to increase client satisfaction and retention. •Sharing Client feedback across functions and with the management team to resolve client challenges. •Collaborating and building relationships with Operations, Sales, and Executives. •All other duties assigned by management. Requirements: •Proven experience as a Client Success Representative or in a similar role. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively. •Proficiency in client service software and tools. •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. •1-3 years in customer service. •High School diploma or GED required. Preferred Skills: •Associate’s degree in communication or related field. •Experience in the background screening sector. •Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Zoom phone systems.
